ERIC AUSTIN

Eric Austin earned his Bachelor's degree at Northwestern University with a triple major in Economics, History and Mathematics.  Austin worked at the international division of Guthy-Renker Corporation before attending law school at the University of San Diego School of Law.  During law school, Austin worked extensively at the USD's Legal Research Center.  Austin also clerked at Goria, Weber & Jarvis, a transactional law firm focused on entrepreneurs and real estate owners.  Austin also served as a Legal Intern, Law Clerk, and Staff Attorney for the University of San Diego Legal Clinics, helping low income clients in a variety of practice areas including Landlord Tenant, Education & Disability, Federal Tax, Civil, and Entrepreneurship.  Finally, Austin worked as law clerk and staff attorney for the Law Office of James Moneer where he worked on anti-SLAPP litigation and appeals.
